WHAT is SUNWATCH3D 2.0?

SUNWATCH3D 2.0 is a program for the Windows environment for the design of a variety of sundial types.

The program is easy to use and has an assistant that requests the minimum necessary data to design a sundial. A person without previous experience in sundial construction can successfully complete a design in a few minutes.

Although the precision of the programs calculations are high, the user should note that the final accuracy of a sundial depends on the dimensions of the clock, the accuracy of the input parameters (especially the orientation (declination) of the wall), the placement of the gnomon, and other factors...

The hardware requirements for the program are:

· Windows 95, 98, 2000 or NT4

· 16Mb of RAM (recommended 32Mb)

· 20Mb of free Hard Disk space

· A video card that supports 16bit color depth (32bit preferred). This is required to obtain high quality backgrounds and 3D views.

·A Windows installed printer (for printed output)

SunWatch3D allows a sundial design to be printed at actual size using any Windows installed printer. DXF file export is also supported.
